This position is responsible for providing effective and efficient Human Resource practices. The successful applicant will be a goal orientated person with excellent time management and communication skills. Specific duties include:
  • Provide timely day-to-day HR advice and support to the Disability Services Manager, Coordinators and other employees
  • Provide end to end recruitment process to fill vacant positions
  • Manage and maintain recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Coordinate staff training in liaison with Training manager
  • Provide advice to management and staff in relation to current Industrial relation laws
  • Provide oversight on rosters and work hand in hand with Roster coordinators
  • Maintain TRACCS (HRMIS) and HR records for Broome office
