The Ethics Policy at Far North Community Services

The ethics policy applies to all staff at Far North Community Services, as well as the board of directors.  The CEO and managers have a responsibility to create an open and supportive environment where employees feel comfortable raising ethical questions.

Vision, Values and Mission

The Code of Ethics provides a practical set of guiding principles to help employees make decisions in their day to day work, whatever they do and wherever they do it, and outlines the expectations and rights of all Far North Community Services staff.

Far North Community Services’ core values guide all decisions made by staff, directors, and volunteers. They are applied with care, fairness, honesty, and timeliness, considering all relevant information.

This Code of Ethics sets the minimum standards of conduct and integrity for everyone at Far North Community Services. By acting professionally and ethically, we reflect our values and support a positive, safe, and healthy workplace, leading to better outcomes for our customers.
