Passionate about providing culturally sensitive support across the lifespan, Tiffany is dedicated to promoting community participation and helping individuals reconnect with meaningful activities and hobbies.

Rachel is a physiotherapist from Perth who has a passion for helping others reach their full potential. She has spent time working in Perth and Broome and now is based in Kununurra, with a strong interest in working in remote communities. Rachel has a passion for working both in the adult and paediatric neurorehabilitation space, dedicated to assisting her clients to achieve their therapy-based goals surrounding movement and function. Rachel is committed to providing patient-centred care, providing impactful and high-quality therapy in the Kimberley region.

Grace Wen
Physiotherapist
Grace is a physiotherapist who moved from Cairns. She has experienced working in different settings and has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation. She focuses on helping people with improving their movement, function, and health and well-being. She is passionate about working in remote areas and continues to enjoy learning about how to deliver person-centred care in the communities.

Speech Pathology
Speech Pathology supports you with communication, understanding others and swallowing safely. We may also help you use practice different ways to communicate, like using visual supports, technology or signs.

Early Intervention
The early years of a child’s life are extremely important to support ongoing development. Remote Outreach Therapy Services
Providing consistent, place-based and culturally appropriate therapy services to people living in remote communities is a key focus at Far North. Our therapy team regularly travel to communities throughout the region.
We provide on-country therapy group programs in suitable, very remote locations as guided by participants and familes.
